This is to guarantee NEXT DAY PICK UP for you custom/bulk order!
Orders placed before 12pm EST will be ready for pick up between 5pm-6pm the NEXT DAY. You will receive a email saying your order is ready for pick up.
If order is placed after 12pm EST your order will be ready 2 days after being placed between 5-6pm.
EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
Some orders may require additional processing time if designs are not correct, order is to be custom designed, ect.
We do try our best to get orders processed and completed by deadlines but on occasion machines may have issues. This is out of our control.
Rush fees are not refundable or transferable.
